Team RUSSIAN LEGION has started its way to World Cup 09. RL successfuly arrived to Lakeland and already finished first weekend of games against Tampa Bay Damage. At saturday we have been playing at prelimenary field layout and got interesting experience, because sence of the field wasn't quite different, though we helped Damage guys.
At sunday we have palyed at our field. RL was playing home combinations, guys were getting used to each other. Dave, Mishka and Sasha Berdinkov were shooting good of the breakout killing corners; Justin, Dima Kulikov and Kirill Prihidni were taking corners and atacking well at their sides; Matt, Vasia Panteleev and Sergei Solnishkov were helping defence line to shoot of the breakout and supporting atack line.
We have monday-day off ahead, then we will have individual practices until thursday when we start playing against other teams against.
